“We are very excited to host our first annual Grass Tournament at Gustavus on June 11th. As the new Head Volleyball Coach at Gustavus I believe it is important to create opportunities for community members (adults, teens, and children) to participate in volleyball clinics, camps, and events,” stated Coach Rachelle Dosch. “Our volleyball program looks forward to uniting with people in the community who share our excitement and passion for volleyball.”
Coach Dosch added, “We feel that this tournament will provide us with much more than a team fundraiser to help us fund our season (travel, equipment, etc.). This is a great way to build relationships between Gustavus Volleyball and the surrounding community members and provide an opportunity for everyone to learn, grow, and have fun playing volleyball together!!”
The Gustavus intramural fields are located on the far west side of the Gustavus campus next to the Swanson Indoor Tennis Center.
Primary contact for the tournament is Nate Otto, assistant volleyball coach. His phone number is 507-351-1797 or his email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
