The Gustavus men's swimming and diving team fell to MSU, Mankato 117-119 on Friday night in Mankato, MN. Whitaker Davis and Bill Klein led the Gusties with four first place finishes between the pair. Gustavus won a total of seven events in the meet and turned in seven second place finishes.
The Gustavus men's hockey team jumped out to a 3-1 lead and then held on for a 3-2 win over previously unbeaten UW-River Falls in River Falls on Friday night. Senior captain Cody Mosbeck scored the gamewinner for the Gusties, while Josh Swartout picked up the win in the nets.

Football Set To Host St. Olaf on Senior DayThe Gustavus football team will play its final home game of the 2009 season on Saturday when it hosts St. Olaf at 1 pm. It will be the final home game for 17 seniors who have been significant contributors to the Gustavus football program for the past four years.
Alison Dittmer Named To CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Women’s Soccer TeamGustavus senior defender Alison Dittmer has been named to the CoSIDA/ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team for the second consecutive year. Dittmer, a biochemistry and molecular biology double major, was selected to the First Team and will now be placed on the ballot for the College Division Academic All-America Team.

The Gustavus women's soccer team saw its season come to a close with a 2-0 loss to Augsburg. The Gusties finished their season with a mark of 7-8-3 overall and 3-7-1 in the MIAC.
The men's cross country team posted an eighth place finish at the MIAC Championships, which were held at the Como Park Golf Course in St. Paul on Saturday afternoon. The team, which tallied a score of 207, was led by Nick Ross who finished 32nd in a time of 27:20. Hamline won the team title with a score of 61.
