Gustavus Adolphus College senior Keith Detlefsen has been named Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Hockey Player of the Week for his performances in two games against Concordia last weekend.

Detlefsen (Lakeville, Minn. / Holy Angels) had three goals and six assists in a weekend sweep over Concordia. In Friday’s 7-0 win, Detlefsen scored a short-handed goal and an even-strength goal and assisted on three other goals, including the game-winner. In Saturday’s 7-1 victory, Detlefsen opened the game with an even-strength goal just 3:47 into the first period and added three assists. For the season, Detlefsen leads the Gusties with 14 points on six goals and eight assists. One of the six goals was a short-handed goal.

Gustavus is currently 5-2-0 overall and 2-0-0 in the MIAC.
